We want you to love your JOYO Barefoot shoes. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the conditions stated above (unworn, unused, original packaging, etc.).

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
