What does JOYO offer?

JOYO publishes barefoot shoe guides and comparisons, with a focus on women and children, and also sells its own children’s shoes. Our comparison method explains sources and commercial disclosures.

How should I choose a size?

Measure both feet and check the exact model’s chart. Foot length, internal shoe length and size labels are different information. Do not automatically add an allowance or size up: follow the model’s instructions and check width, fastening and heel security. Use the fit and sizing guide.

Is there an adjustment period?

Where can I compare other brands?

Start with the kids’ shoe index or women’s guide. Current external links earn no affiliate commission. Other retailers have their own sizing and return terms.

Do you offer exchanges for size issues?

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, return the item within the conditions of our Return & Refund Policy, then place a new order for the correct size.

What is your return policy?

JOYO accepts returns within 30 days of delivery when the policy’s conditions are met, including item condition and packaging. Read the full return policy before sending an item back, or contact us about an order.
