How should barefoot shoes fit?

Barefoot shoes should fit comfortably around the heel and midfoot while leaving enough space for your toes to spread naturally. A small gap at the front, about a thumb’s width, is recommended.

I’m new to barefoot shoes. Is there an adjustment period?

Yes. It’s a good idea to start with short walks and gradually increase wear time to get used to the feel and flexibility of barefoot-style footwear.

Are Joyo Barefoot shoes true to size?

Our shoes generally fit true to size, but we recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, consider sizing up for extra room in the toe area.

Can I wear barefoot shoes for running or sports?

Many customers choose Joyo Barefoot shoes for activities like running, hiking, gym workouts, and everyday wear. We recommend gradually increasing activity levels, especially for high-impact exercises, as you adjust to this footwear style.

Do you offer exchanges for size issues?

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, simply return the item within 30 days, unworn and in its original packaging, and place a new order for the correct size.
